A surprisingly clear recording of what must have been an early rehearsal. I think this pre-dates even the lost 'Adventures of Rad & Groover' 4-track demo as some of the songs on that don't appear to have been written. I know for certain that 'All The Same' was on '...Rad & Groover' yet it doesn't appear here.

Also, there are a few unrecorded songs on here. 'Stitch' is the most obvious - I don't think we recorded this properly ever, but there are also full-band versions of 'Late' and 'Superhero'

All things being taken into account, I would probably place this sometime in 1993 and I think it gives a pretty good impression of what we were like live.

At the end are two contemporary solo recordings, the second of which I had completely forgotten.

Between the tracks are snatches of conversation. I miss playing with these guys.
